SUMMARY:Designing learning solutions that work
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual training led by Barry Sampson\, digital training designer and developer\, that will explore the skills required to design learning solutions using the most effective methods and most efficient media. Barry has over 25 years of experience in providing capability training and designing learning solutions\, and in this session he will share his expertise to help you  meet the needs of your stakeholders and provide solutions that are useful to all learners.  \nBarry will introduce the “More Than Blended Learning” (>BL) design process\, focusing on the design elements of the process and the associated decision making. \nBarry will also share his experiences of: \n\nDesigning solutions in an increasingly digital world\nA mostly remote approach – which he has now been doing for 13 years\nDeciding between in-person\, live online and self-study\nSelecting the right tools for the job\n\nREGISTER HERE \nBefore coming to the session\, please set aside five minutes to watch this video which covers the Three L’s: learning\, learners and logistics. These form the foundation of the >BL design process.
