DESCRIPTION:THE PLEDGE FOR CHANGE 2030 RE-IMAGINES THE ROLE OF INGOS IN THE GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN AND DEVELOPMENT AID SYSTEM. \nThe Pledge for Change is a result of a two-year effort organized and led by Degan Ali and her organization Adeso\, in response to INGO leaders seeking her help to push the sector forward. The Pledge builds on previous commitments made by our sector focused on the role of INGOs\, and emphasizes the part to be played by local organizations and the rights\, needs and priorities of local communities.
