DESCRIPTION:The Activating Equity in Health Research (on AEHR) talk series offers an opportunity for experts to teach about the core frameworks and values of the Women-Centred HIV Care Hub\, including their application to women’s health and the realms of research\, academia\, medicine\, and community. On AEHR talks present a podcast-style session where one to two guest experts share their perspectives\, applications\, and future steps in advancing equity in health research.​​ \nThe Clinical Talks series provides a space for candid conversation around clinical topics related to the field of women\, HIV\, and health. DESCRIPTION:Joignez-vous à nous pour conclure les 16 jours d’activisme contre la violence fondée sur le genre avec une discussion sur les façons dont les organisations travaillant dans le développement international et humanitaire peuvent renforcer leurs politiques et leurs pratiques de prévention de l’exploitation\, des abus et du harcèlement sexuels (PEAHS). Ancrée dans la reconnaissance des déséquilibres de pouvoir inhérents à notre secteur et aux modalités de mise en œuvre de nos programmes\, cette séance examinera comment les organisations peuvent aborder ces dynamiques de manière plus intentionnelle dans leurs approches de prévention. \nEn s’appuyant sur l’élan créé par l’Engagement des dirigeant·e·s en matière de prévention et de lutte contre les comportements sexuels répréhensibles de Coopération Canada\, nous explorerons ce à quoi ressemble une sauvegarde efficace dans le secteur de la santé mondiale — des éléments essentiels de politiques et des mécanismes de signalement centrés sur les survivant·es jusqu’aux défis concrets auxquels les organisations sont confrontées lorsqu’elles appliquent ces normes dans des contextes variés. \nDate : Mercredi 10 décembre \nHeure : 13 h à 14 h (HNE) \nInscrivez-vous ici
