SUMMARY:Voices with Impact: January Webinar
DESCRIPTION:2026 marks the Year of the Volunteer\, a time to celebrate the longstanding impact of service. It’s also a chance for us all to write a new chapter in our lives\, inspired by those who have already filled many pages with stories of resilience\, compassion\, and dedication to their fellow human beings. \nJoin Cuso International on Tuesday January 13 for the first event in our Voices with Impact winter webinar series – a celebration of the stories\, wisdom\, and lived experiences that shape the heart of volunteering. This season\, we’re turning the pages of powerful books written by Cuso alumni\, exploring how service transforms communities and the people who step forward to serve. \nOur opening conversation features Wendy Nordick\, author of Indelible: A Social Worker in the Wake of Civil War\, and Marian Dodds\, author of Tizita – A Memoir of Perseverance and Enchantment. Together\, they’ll reflect on resilience\, compassion\, and the enduring impact of global service. \nBring your curiosity\, your questions\, and your bright New Year energy\, because every story becomes richer when we share it. \nAttend here!
