Un mariage réussi: des partenariats recherche-OSC offrant des solutions pratiques
Dans le cadre de la Collaboration canadienne pour la santé mondiale, les projets («laboratoires») ont travaillé au sein de partenariats interdisciplinaires avec le but de générer des solutions aux pressants défis liés aux données.
L’un des enseignements clés de cette initiative est que ces partenariats intersectionnels sont idéalement placés pour résoudre de nombreux problèmes critiques, mais ne sont pas sans défis. Dans ce dialogue d’une heure, les participantes et participants des laboratoires ont discuté :
Quels sont les principes d’un partenariat équitable?
Comment les OSC et les chercheurs peuvent-ils établir des relations fructueuses et durables?
Comment pouvons-nous pratiquement équilibrer les multiples priorités des partenaires?
Comment travaillons-nous équitablement en tant que chercheurs et collègues OSC, en reconnaissant les structures de pouvoir qui ont traditionnellement sous-évalué l’expertise apportée par chaque partenaire?
