Re-Imagining from the South: Girls and Women with Disabilities Advocating for Change

Leadership and advocacy doesn’t look the same everywhere, particularly for women and girls. In honour of International Women’s Day, we invite you to an immersive exhibition of creative knowledge, resilience, and activism.
Join us for lunch and a deep dive into the lived leadership journeys of women and girls with disabilities across the Global South.
This dialogue and cross-community learning will be led by Linh Dang (MA, Brock University), Dr. Xuan Thuy Nguyen (Carleton University), and Claudia Mitchell (McGill University).
We invite you to be part of the discussion and the exhibition on:
- Wednesday, March 11
- 12:00 – 2:00 PM EST, lunch available.
- 2001 McGill College, Suite 930 (Participatory Cultures Lab)
