Work Arrangement: A combination of minimum 2 in-office days a week, and remote-working in accordance with Right To Play’s work arrangement and the operational needs of the department

Target Hiring Salary: CAD $87,784 – 91,000 per annum (before taxes)
Target Start Date: Early October 2024
Contract Duration: Full-time, 16-month contract from early October 2024 to mid-February 2026

ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager brings their comprehensive knowledge of the ways digital marketing and communications drives brand affiliation, engagement, and revenue generation to a global organization with a dynamic brand and mission.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of the organization’s digital marketing strategy and annual digital priorities. You will manage the development, performance, and content of the organization’s global website and its eight domains. You will manage the organization’s international social media channels, creating schedules, campaigns, and content that drive engagement and conversion. You will work closely with Right To Play’s 21 National and Country Offices to support their digital marketing efforts, creating opportunities for alignment and synergy, and ensuring brand compliance. You will manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including with the organization’s web and media agencies. You will lead media buys, advising on campaign strategies and optimal spending allocations to maximize ROI. You will provide coaching and supervision for one Digital Marketing Coordinator and interns, collaborate closely with colleagues on the Global Communications Team, and support the organization’s fundraising, IT, Programs, and People and Culture teams to achieve their goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded and experienced digital strategist who is as happy developing campaign strategies as they are thinking about website UX, developing engaging social content, and reporting on performance and insights. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong relationship-building skills and client service orientation who has experience working in complex fundraising organizations.
