International Youth Day Contest

Do you know of a change-maker ages 14 to 24 in Canada who is passionate about taking action on causes they are passionate about? If so, please click here and have them apply to Plan International Canada’s International Youth Day Challenge.

In honour of the 2022 International Youth Day (IYD) theme of Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World for All Ages, Plan International Canada invites young leaders to unite to combat ageism, promote intergenerational solidarity and make meaningful progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We are asking applicants to tell us about an initiative they would execute to address ageism and foster intergenerational solidarity in Canada. We ask applicants to ensure they tell us how their idea would promote action toward one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
