Position Summary
The Digital Design & Engagement Specialist will play a central role in shaping PIH Canada’s digital presence by bringing creativity, visual storytelling, and digital strategy together. This position is ideal for someone who is both an artist and a strategist — someone who understands how strong design, social content, and user experience can drive engagement, deepen donor connection, and support fundraising goals.
You will design multimedia assets for campaigns, build engaging web and fundraising experiences, produce short-form video content for social media, and collaborate on paid media campaigns with our agency partner. Working closely with the fundraising and communications teams, you’ll help translate PIH’s mission into compelling visuals and digital experiences that inspire action and expand PIH Canada’s reach.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Design & Multimedia Creation (50%)
Lead the creation of visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across multiple channels:

Support a seamless user journey through strong visual and UI/UX design:

Salary range is $62,000 – $75,000.
