Join CanWaCH’s Gender Equality Working Group on Monday, February 7 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. EST to dive into the experiences of three organizations sharing lessons learned on gender transformative programming in the health sector.
Speakers will highlight several approaches with a specific focus on engaging men/boys and faith/traditional leaders as critical actors in transforming harmful gender norms and promoting positive masculinities.
Plan International Canada, World Renew and World Vision Canada will each share case studies of these approaches in action – what was learned and what led to success. The format will be conversational and there will be time for Q&A. Please note that due to the interactive nature of this workshop it will take place in English only.
