Project Overview
World Vision Canada is undertaking an ex-post evaluation of three past Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMCNAH) and Gender Equality-focused projects to assess the health and gender equality impacts of each project, with particular emphasis on lessons learned. These projects were funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), under its Muskoka Maternal Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) initiative. The three projects are:
We are inviting EOIs from individuals, organizations, or consortia with expertise in health, nutrition, and gender equality to participate in a two-phased project.
The project is structured into two interconnected phases:
Applicants may choose to express interest in Phase I only, Phase II only, or both phases. This preference must be clearly indicated in the Expression of Interest (EOI) submission.

Step 1: Expression of Interest (EOI)

Step 2: Proposal Submission
After submitting the EOI, consultants are asked to submit a complete proposal following the template outlined in Section 4 of the TOR by end of day January 17th, 2025. Please send your proposal to the same email address, [email protected] with the subject line « Proposal: Muskoka Projects Joint Ex-Post Evaluation Research Project ».
All submissions will be reviewed based on relevance, experience, and the potential for impactful collaboration. Successful applicants will be notified by January 27th, 2025 and will consequently engage in further discussions to refine project scopes, deliverables, and compensation agreements.
