As part of the PR, Events and Influencer Engagement team, the PR & Creator Partnerships Manager plays a unique role in shaping how Canadians connect with Plan International Canada’s mission. This role ensures the organization shows up through trusted voices and authentic storytelling, reaching supporters, donors, and partners on platforms they rely on for credibility and connection.
Equal parts strategist, project manager, and relationship-builder, you’ll bring ambassador, influencer, and content creator partnerships to life, raising awareness with key audiences, inspiring action, and driving fundraising for girls’ equality and children’s rights.
We’re looking for a true ‘people person’ – someone who builds trust effortlessly, thrives on collaboration, and brings experience in public relations, influencer marketing, talent relations or social-led campaigns.
You’ll take on strategic ownership of Plan International Canada’s Celebrated Ambassador, Influencer and Content Creator portfolio, spot and develop creative opportunities, and juggle moving parts with confidence. You’ll lead relationships from identification and briefing through activation, delivery and reporting. You’ll work closely with your PR and social media colleagues, and join forces across Marketing, Philanthropy, Programs, and Partnerships teams to execute integrated campaigns, events and fundraising initiatives.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $ 56,000 and $ 71,000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation, including experience, specific job-related skills, and relevant educational or professional training. Additionally, we ensure that compensation is equitable across our team and aligns with current market trends. This role also qualifies for an extensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
