Midwife consultant: Venezuela

The Canadian Association of Midwives (CAM) wishes to hire one (1) Continuing Professional Development consultant to develop and implement a 3-day course which will be part of a continuing professional development (CPD) program, and which will include a training of trainers (ToT). The course to be developed intends to update health professionals on best practices and methods in Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) and intercultural communication with a gender perspective using adult principles of learning. The course will be aimed at health professionals working in 7 health institutions in the state of Zulia in Venezuela, including students and health workers at community level.

Timeframe: December 2023 – to May 2024.
