Research Assistant

WGH is launching a platform to collect Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH) work-related stories from women in global health to create visibility of the problem, build a movement for accountability, and shape global advocacy work.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated person to work as a Research Assistant to screen, compile and analyze the stories, and generate evidence. Candidates must have a keen interest in gender and health to conduct qualitative data analysis and draft reports.

The role presents a unique opportunity to help shape the future success of WGH’s work on PRSEAH, help catalyze the global movement, and achieve safe and decent work for women health workers.
